Plain terms for small apps.
AIMO apps are tools. You may use them for anything lawful, privately or commercially, on any device your Apple Account allows. There is no licence key and no seat count.
Where an app offers a paid tier, the purchase is a transaction with Apple, governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple Account settings; a lifetime purchase is one payment and does not renew. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
The measuring apps use ordinary phone sensors and are not calibrated instruments. AIMO Sound Meter is not a hearing health device. AIMO Loan Calculator is a calculator, not financial advice. AIMO Water Reminder is a counter, not medical advice. Check anything that matters against a proper instrument or a professional.
The apps are provided as they are. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a reading, a calculation or a reminder. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
